Definition of a cancellation
A cancellation occurs when a patient decides to cancel or reschedule an appointment with the company.
Cancellation fees
Panacea Skin Solutions Ltd reserves the right to charge cancellation fees to patients who cancel or reschedule an appointment with less than 7 days’ notice.
The cancellation fees will be as follows:
- For cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, the patient may be charged 100% of the scheduled appointment value. *
- For Cancellations made with 1-3 days’ notice, the patient may be charged a fee of 50% of the scheduled appointment value. *
- For cancellations made with more than 3 days’ notice, no cancellation fee will be charged.
Rescheduling Policy
Panacea Skin Solutions Ltd allows a patient to reschedule an appointment with at least 3 days’ notice. If a patient needs to reschedule an appointment with less than 3 days’ notice, they may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Cancellation Request Procedure
- To request a cancellation, the patient must contact Panacea Skin Solutions Ltd at the earliest opportunity before the scheduled appointment date and time. The patient must provide their name, contact information, and a clear statement of their intention to cancel or reschedule (cancellation periods apply as outlined in paragraphs 1-3).
- The cancellation will be effective on the date and time that the Company receives the cancellation request from the patient.
- If a cancellation is approved, the Company will refund any payment made by the patient in accordance with our refund policy. Any refund will be processed within 7 days of the cancellation effective date.
Exceptions*
Panacea Skin Solutions Ltd reserves the right to waive any cancellation fees in exceptional circumstances, such as:
- Inclement weather or natural disasters make it impossible to provide medical services.
- Unforeseen medical emergencies that require immediate attention.
- Any other circumstances that are deemed reasonable by the Company.
Notice of Cancellation
Panacea Skin Solutions Ltd will notify patients of any cancellation or rescheduling via phone or email at the earliest opportunity before the scheduled appointment date and time.
Agreement

This Cancellation Policy is effective as of 3rd July 2024 and supersedes any previous versions.
